"Without I even realize these tears falls on my cheek.. ..In this night sky I pray for that smile to remain forever"

I was listening to the song, and look at my old artwork in 2010. I can't help it, and try to draw it again but fail miserably Yeah, I always like my old artworks better, somehow it got more 'feelings' than nowadays
In the first one, she looks more innocent. Her eyes are glittery and sad, and something about her mouth makes it sad as well. I think it's because the eyes on the second are emotionless, and the features are pointed. Also, her tears move inwards (2nd) instead of outwards. They are intended to flow around the face, not into it. Do you know what I mean? e_e
Ah, no no. It looks fantastic. I like your execution of it. The lower exposure and sharp brightness of the tears is very striking.
I'd pay careful attention to the eyebrows if I were you, if it's a case of 'where did the emotion go'. Without fail, eyebrows are where it's at when I spring that question on myself. Bringing them down and curled rather strikingly at the bridge can create a more conflicted look. Often times a fiddle like that, or making the brows true nature more visible makes all the difference in my case.
BUT HONESTLY TECHNICAL EXPERTISE PUTS IN YOU IN A DEFAULT WIN WITH THIS ONE. TRUESTORYBRO. It's a great improvement in execution! : D
Yeah i get how u feel. For me i guess im so focus edon making my drawings look good i havent had the same passion as i did when i was a little kid. Compliments make you cocky and criticizism (even if good) makes you draw "for the people."
